What is PDF?

MAC users and
Internet Explorer 3.0 or later

PDF file will be downloaded by the Download Manager included with Internet Explorer (in most cases). If this is the case, your file will appear under the filename that is specified in the Download Manager. This filename may not have anything to do with the real filename. Check the filename that appears in the Download Manager, look on the desktop first and if it doesn't appear there, do a FIND to locate it. When the file has been found, double-click on it to open it with Adobe Acrobat Reader. Hopefully this won't be the case with any other browser.

Tips for Downloading

TIP 1
If you have a slow Internet connection or have trouble opening the files try right clicking on the links and selecting Save Target/Link As or Save As. This will allow the file to be transferred to your hard drive without the browser trying to load the PDF file. Once file is saved to machine, open file.

TIP 2
If the file appears as a blank page, this could be an indication of insufficient disk space on your machine for downloading and displaying the PDF File.
