Refresh your mind and body to prepare for the end of the semester.  The Mind Body Retreat will feature 3 classes participants will rotate through; Pilates, Chocolate Yoga, and Stress Management: Deep Breathing Techniques. Event will also offer free mini-massages that are first come, first served. 

Day & Date: Saturday December 7th
Time: 9:30am - 1:00pm
