Study Abroad in Florence, Italy!

UTPA Faculty and students who have studied abroad will present a series of workshops on this unique program during International Days. Any student interested in studying this summer in Florence is invited to attend an informational session.

Meetings will be held Wednesday, November 14 at 7 p.m. in SBS 203 and on Thursday, November 15 at 2:30 p.m. in the UTPA Ballroom and at 7 p.m. in COAS 250, featuring power point presentations on this historic Renaissance city filled with art (Michelangelo, Donatello, Rafaelo, and Leonardo) and history (the Medici and Savanarola).

Courses to be offered this coming summer include Art 4388/6387 (Professor Donna Sweigart), Criminal Justice 4362/6313 (Professsor Rosalva Resendiz), History 4396/5383 (Professor Ken Grant) and English 4340/ 6315 (Professor Phil Zwerling).

All are invited to attend. Scholarships and financial aid to make the program affordable will be presented.
