New self-service online account management

Information Technology has simplified the account management process for all UTPA accounts. Instead of coming to campus or having to call the IT Helpdesk, you can now manage your UTPA account online at any time of the day and from any location, even when the IT Helpdesk is closed. Password resets, password changes, username retrievals and first time account activations can be done securely at this website.

Requirement for using this service
  • You must have an alternate email address associated with your account. This should NOT be set as your UTPA provided email address.
  • You must setup your security questions.
If you have not done any of the above, this can be done at the self-service website as well. This is only a one-time setup.
