TO QUALIFY FOR THE ANGEL INVESTOR SCHOLARSHIP, YOU MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:
 • You must be a full-time staff member of UTPA and enrolled in a minimum of three hours and have at least 12 months of continuous full-time service to UTPA by the application deadline
 • All applicants must have at least a 2.5 cumulative grade point average
• All applicants must not be in default on any student loan

PREFERENCE WILL BE GIVEN TO THOSE INDIVIDUALS WHO:
• Have applied as an undergraduate student
• Have a current degree plan on file with their major department chair
• Are an undergraduate student pursuing their first bachelor’s degree

INCLUDE WITH THIS APPLICATION THE FOLLOWING:
• An essay of no more than 100 words advising the Angel Investor Scholarship Committee about your career goals and why you should receive the scholarship

ONLY COMPLETE APPLICATIONS WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR THE SCHOLARSHIP.
