Our Healthy Cooking 101 series for the month of October features "Explosive Flavors with Herbs and Spices"

Learn how to effectively use a variety of spices and hebs to create delicious meals that are low in calories and explosive with flavor.  Participants will also be able to taste test food prepared and will receive recipe cards to re-create meals at home.

FREE and open to the public.  First come, first served.
