In our continuous efforts to maximize efficiency and sustainability on our campus, Human Resources has eliminated the need for distributing paper copies of employment applications to the hiring departments. With the assistance of Internet Services, Recruitment and Staffing now provides scanned images of the employment applications through the UTPA myShares portal. Hiring departments are given access to a shared workspace where the hiring official may view all applications and print out as needed. This is one of several automation initiatives that will help decrease the turnaround processing time of documents submitted to Human Resources.
