As part of a new customer service initiative, our IT Computer Support team will be visiting different departments on campus each week to help with any computer related issues you might be having.
So that you can prepare for our “campus-run” visits, department offices will be notified the week prior to your appointment. Keep in mind that this new initiative is just an extra effort in reaching out to campus departments, but does not supersede your ability to call the IT Help Desk at any time.
