Telephone and headset purchases for new lines or equipment replacement can be made thru http://my.utpa.edu using the iShop Telephone Purchase Request Form.
All UTPA telephone orders must be purchased using this process. Telephones ordered for use on the University’s telephone network will be delivered to Telephone Services for equipment registration and firmware installations prior to their delivery to the end user for connection.
Requests for changes to existing telephone services, lines, equipment, voicemail and programming, long distance access, or termination of service must be made to Telephone Services by submitting a request thru the Information Technology Self-Service portal at http://itsupport.utpa.edu or by calling the IT Help Desk at extension 2020.
