• We are hosting the 2010 FIFA WORLD CUP at the Student Union Game Lounge. Players will have the opportunity to represent ONE team in the World Cup and play their way through the tournament for a chance to win a GRAND PRIZE at the end of the semester! • ACUI is bringing the Region 12 Recreation Tournament to the Student Union & UTPA the weekend of February 19 -20, 2010! Want to see how your talents stack up against other schools in the region, then this is your opportunity!

• Sundaes on Mondays are back! Stop by the Student Union on the first Monday of every month beginning on February 1st for your FREE ice cream sundae! 12 pm at the Student Union

• There is at least one poker tournament every month this semester at the Student Union. Look for the posters around campus and online at www.utpa.edu/studentunion and you can even sign up online!!!!

• Don’t forget about our Distinguished Speaker Series as it continues this semester! Up next is journalist, Lisa Ling on Tuesday, February 2, 2010 @ 7:30 pm at the Fine Arts Auditorium. Students, Faculty & Staff get in with a valid UTPA ID.
