Wireless Network Maintenance - Campus Wide - Friday August 28th, 2009 at 6:00pm

The Network Services Department has scheduled routine maintenance on our wireless network equipment for this Friday August 28th, 2009 at 6:00pm. 

 

We expect to have rolling wireless outages across campus as equipment is worked on, but any one area should only be affected for a period of approximately 1 hour.  Nevertheless, we have given ourselves a 5 hour window to address any unforeseen events that may surface during this maintenance cycle. 

 

Please note this will only affect the wireless network.  All other communication within the campus and access to the Internet should not be affected by this work. 

 

Should you experience any problems after this maintenance window, please contact the Helpdesk at extension x2020.  In addition, please feel free to forward this information to staff and faculty in your departments who may find this information pertinent.
