Email issues
We are currently experiencing problems with our email servers receiving and delivering emails. An email account was compromised on Sunday via a phishing email asking for the individual’s username and password. Unfortunately, one person responded back with their username and password. We are pouring all resources to get this resolved.
Sending out mass emails to everyone on campus makes the problem worse. Therefore, the IT Help Desk will be contacting all departments via phone and fax of this problem. Please check this site for updates.
Please help us get the message out and remind students, faculty and staff not to respond to emails requesting for usernames and passwords.
We are doing everything we can to alleviate the situation and would like to apologize for this inconvenience.
