Scholarships will cover full tuition and fees for up to 9 hours for one semester, with a maximum award of $4,500 per year. The scholarship is part of the &ldquo;Promoting Postbaccalaureate Opportunities for Hispanic Americans&rdquo; grant that was recently awarded by the U.S. Department of Education to UTPA.
