Hiring Graduate Student: Mobile Go center Coordinator

Job Title: Mobile Go Center Coordinator
Location: College Access and Support Programs-Valley Outreach Center
Responsibility: Work under the direction of the Valley Outreach Center Director
Program Description: The Mobile Go Center (MGC), under the UTPA Valley Outreach Center, currently is under a TG grant. The grant is titled University Migrant Mobile Access Center “UMMAC”. The MGC is also committed to the College Start Grant. The coordinator will carry out duties for both grants. The Mobile Unit promotes higher education to communities and schools. 
Job Description Duties:
·Develop, coordinate and supervise the implementation of the Mobile Go Center (MGC)
·Responsible for hiring and orientation of 2 UMMAC CGF Direct Wage staff. ·Responsible for coordinating and overseeing all MGC events.
·Supervise Collegiate G-Force Students
·Schedule and book all MGC events.
·Coordinate the various activities of the program and project meetings with stakeholders
·Keep track of UMMAC and College Start grant documentation.
·Input data applications and maintain accurate records, inventory supplies and submit required reports.
·Represent department in official functions with stakeholders
·Train other office personnel
·Perform other duties as assigned
 Criteria:
·Education- Bachelor’s degree in field related to project or program.
·Experience- One-year experience in field related to project or program. ·Skill- Able to work with Microsoft word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications, Able to document data and write reports.
 Pay Rate: $10.00- $15.00 p/hr, commensurate with experience
