Network Issues Resolved

The network connectivity issues have been resolved. You should be able to access Blackbaord without any problems.

I was trying to take a test online using the respondus
lockdown program. The program shut me out
and now my laptop is stuck on the lockdown program
despite repeated attempts at shutting down.

What do you recommend?

Also, do you have a time log of the network issues? I
had three hours to complete test- I would like a log of
the time down on server to discuss with my professor
at this point I still don't know which of my exam
answers were saved due to issues.
