General Sig Murphy is the former Commanding General of the Alaska National Guard. He is also an active member of US Coast Guard Auxiliary in Alaska which in many parts of the state IS  the Coast Guard. The interview was conducted by Fred Mann, Bronc Radio advisor. Steph Becerra was the producer.
