Q: The links on the side are not clickable. What do I do?
A: There should be a bar at the top of the screen asking for Active X controls to be applied. Click on the bar and click on allow blocked content and then click on the yes button when it comes up. Another possibility is that the web page has not yet been added. Please come back again at a later time.

Q: How do I sign up for the registry?
A: You can either download a brochure from our website and fill out the Diabetes Brochure form and mail or fax it to us, or you may email or call us and we'll send one to you and you can send it back to us by either mail or fax.

Q: Does the Border Health Office offer educational materials or presentations?
A: Yes, we do offer both. Just contact us on what you need and we'll work with you on what we can provide.

Health, Wellness, and Nutrition

Q: Does the Border Health Office have any materials regarding health, wellness or nutrition?
A: Yes, we do. We have a limited amount of materials on these subjects and will provide them as available.

Medical Supplies or Services

Q: Does the Border Health Office have offer any medical supplies or services.
A: Yes and no. We do from time to time offer a few medical supplies such as glucometers and diabetes testing supplies; however, we do not offer medical services. Please see a health care provider for medical services.
