An impact player in her first year at UTPA, Redd was named to the Freshman All-Independent Team as a freshman in 2002.....Led the Lady Broncs with 0.65 blocks per game, 19 solo blocks and with .32 service aces per game....Ranked fourth in hitting (.202) and in kills (2.13 per game).....Reached double digits in kills nine times, hit .250 or better on 14 occasions, and had four or more blocks seven times......Member of the Bronc Pride 3.0 Club in both semesters last season......Averaged 4.2 kills per game, 2.2 blocks per game and 1.36 digs per game while starring at SEGUIN HIGH SCHOOL....Named first team All District 25-5A in both her junior and senior years.....Named Most Valuable Player at Seguin HS in each of her last two seasons....Earned the Gatorade Will to Win Athlete Award....Named to the All-Tournament Team at the St. Mary’s Hall Tournament.....Served as team captain.....Played for the Alamo 18 Kaepa Club......
