Made her presence felt in her first season as a member of the Lady Broncs as a sophomore in 2002.....One of two UTPA players to receive multiple All-Independent honors, Netemeyer was named Independent Newcomer of the Year as well as being chosen second team All-Independent.... Ranked third in four categories among Lady Broncs, rating third in hitting (.204), kills per game (2.74), digs per game (2.78) and blocks per game (0.40)....Reached double figures in kills 12 times.....Was in double figures in digs 15 times.....Hit .250 or better in a match on 15 occasions..... Averaged 1.64 kills per game and hit .149 as a freshman outside hitter at IOWA in 2001....Ranked fifth in kills per game...Redshirted at Iowa as a freshman........ Named first team All-District and first team All-Area as both a junior and a senior at LOS FRESNOS HIGH SCHOOL......Named Most Valuable Player in the district in each season.....had 336 kills, 101 digs and 54 blocks during her senior season....Earned Academic All-State honors ...... Member of the National Honor Society....Voted Most Athletic Senior at LFHS as a senior.....Second team All-District, All-Area and All-Rio Grande Valley as a sophomore....A multi-sport star, also lettered in basketball, softball and track and field....All-District, All-Area, All-Valley and All-Region in basketball as a senior...Named first team All-South Texas by High School Sports Magazine....Collected 52 first place medals or trophies in track and field, earning first team All-District and All-Metro honors....Broke the district triple jump record as a senior, and placed sixth in the long jump at the state meet...first team All-District in softball.....Born April 6, 1982....... The daughter of Candy Woodin and Debbie and Daniel Netemeyer....Has three brothers-Ron, Brent and Travis, and a sister, Cari.....Majoring in Pre-Dental/Chemistry at UTPA.
