Freshman (2001):  Had a fifth place finish in the 400 meter run at the Angela Proctor Invitational with a time of 67.20...  Ran a season best 2:41.60 at the Javelina Relays in the 800 meter run.

At Edinburg North High School: Excelled as an individual and as part of the team at Edinburg North High School...  Was named first team All-District 31-5A in cross country as a senior...  She also helped ENHS won the District 31-5A Championship...  She finished 10th in the District 31-5A meet...  Also a member of the 1999 ENHS Track and Field District 31-5A Championship Team...  She finished first in the 800 meter relay at the meet...  At the 2000 Bobcat Relays she took second in the 4x400 meter relay.

Personal: Born on November 6, 1981...  Parents are Rosa and San Juanito Flores...  Has five siblings, Orlando, Juan Carlos, Cecilia, Guillermo and Jackie...  Honored for her work in the classroom, ranking among the 25 students in her graduating class...  She earned the Academic Achievment Award in All Areas of the TAAS...  Was also an Honors Graduate...  Majoring in Biology and minoring in Chemistry.
