LADY BRONC VOLLEYBALL SLATES CAMP

EDINBURG, TX- Reservations are now being taken for the Lady Bronc Volleyball Summer Camps, directed by The University of Texas-Pan American Head Coach Dave Thorn this summer.

Both camps will take place July 24^th through the 27^th at the UTPA Fieldhouse. The camp for those in grades nine through12 will take place between 9 a.m. and 12 noon on those dates, while the camp for those in grades four through eight will be held between 1 and 4 p.m.

The camp for high school-aged students will emphasize team strategy and tactics, along with basic and advanced skills of the game. The younger camp will feature a lot of work on skills. Both camps will feature numerous opportunities for match play.

”This will be our fifth volleyball camp since I’ve come here, and we’ve had a great turnout in the past,” said Thorn. “It’s a great opportunity for valley athletes who are interested in improving their volleyball skills and having a great time this summer.”
