EDINBURG, TX-For the first time, the University of Texas-Pan American men’s basketball team is ranked in a poll of mid-major NCAA Division I men’s basketball programs.

The Broncs are ranked 14^th in the CollegeInsider.com Mid-Major Top 25 poll this week, a week after they broke into the poll for the first time ever at number 15.

“It is a nice thing to be recognized by the poll for what these guys have accomplished, but we still have more to do,” said UTPA Head Coach Bob Hoffman. “The recognition comes from the hard work and the commitment that these guys have shown all year.”

The Broncs will take a 13-4 record into their next game at Southwest Texas State Tuesday evening.
