LaGrange High School: Hit .530 with six home runs and 43 RBI's...  Was 2 for 2 with a triple, double, and 4 RBI's in the THSBCA All-Star Game...  Was a 1st Team All-District as a sophomore...  Was District MVP his senior year, as well as Tri-County MVP and All-State 1st Team Catcher...  Was named part of the Lonestar Baseball Top 100 players in state...  Led LaGrange to 3A State Championships for both baseball and football.
