The Sophomore Academic Mentoring (SAM) Program applications for the Fall 2009 semester are available. Full-time junior or senior students with a declared major and a 3.0 GPA or higher may apply to this program. Qualified students interested in applying for this on-campus, direct waged paid position should submit their information by the deadline of July 31. Students should be interested in working with UTPA students and developing leadership skills through mentoring.
